School visits

[ Home ]  [ Campus Visits ]   [ School Visits ]

All visits to schools, whether they are initiated by a school itself, or by a representative of a faculty, department and/or division of any campus, should be coordinated with the Recruitment Division, well in advance. The information that should be communicated to the Recruitment Division is:

  • The name of the school
  • The name of the representative of the faculty, department or division
  • His or her telephone number
  • His or her cellphone number
  • Date of the visit
  • Venue
  • Number of learners (per Grade)
  • Name of the representative of the visiting institution

Guidance teachers are welcome to invite us to address Grade 9, 11 and 12 learners during school hours. If the school holds information afternoons, we could speak to the parents and learners, either individually or in groups. In that case, we would appreciate your making appointments of fifteen minutes each for the learners and parents who wish to see us. Learners who are interested in the same study field could arrange to be interviewed together to save time.
